I have represented injured victims and people whose rights have been violated for over 23 years. My office is at 44 Court Street in Brooklyn, and I represent people throughout the New York City Area, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester, in State and Federal Court.

My Office Manager and Paralegals, each of whom has been with this firm longer than I have, will be fully familiar with your case.

I was admitted in the Second Department, where I have spent my entire career.

The firm

The Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan was founded in 1993 by Irwin R. Kaplan (1936–2017), my father.

Irwin enlisted in the United States Army at seventeen. He attended Brooklyn College and Brooklyn Law School on the Army GI Bill. He was admitted to the New York bar in December 1963, in the Second Department, and practiced continuously for more than fifty years in good standing.

Irwin and I both attended Brooklyn Law School. I was a legacy student, and Irwin handed me my diploma when I graduated. We were admitted in the same Department, and practiced law in Brooklyn for our entire careers. I had the honor of working with him for twenty years, and from 2004 until his death we were partners in this firm.

Irwin will always remain a part of this firm.
